One monthly fee, quoted up front. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
The monthly package
Everything below is included in the package fee. Most clients need all of it; if you don't, the quote comes down accordingly.
Bookkeeping to trial balance
Capture, categorise and reconcile all accounts in QuickBooks.
Monthly reporting and analysis
Income statement, balance sheet, cash position and commentary.
Invoice and receipt management
Source documents captured, indexed and stored digitally.
VAT preparation and submission
VAT201 calculated, reconciled and filed on eFiling.
Payroll, up to 5 employees
Payslips, EMP201 and statutory returns, including the payroll software licence.
Fees
Monthly package
Final fee set by transaction volume, number of bank accounts and VAT status.
Each employee above five
Covers the additional payroll licence.
Catch-up of prior periods
Quoted separately once I've seen how far behind the books are.
Fees are reviewed once a year, and never changed mid-term without agreeing it with you first.

How it starts
A free 30-minute call to understand the business and see the current state of the books. A written quote within two working days. If you accept, I take over from the following month — and if there's a backlog, we agree a plan to clear it before then.
